Secretlab is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 49-day return period for all chairs and desks in their original packaging to ensure you find the perfect ergonomic fit for your home office. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and items must be in unassembled, like-new condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Submit a Return Request

  Visit our Support page and fill out the Return Request form with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your Secretlab product and secure all components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our designated regional fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
